This starter policy describes the current Backlink Toolkit features. The site owner should review and adapt it before launch to match actual hosting, advertising, analytics, and legal requirements.
The opportunity finder runs in your browser and does not save your inputs to a Backlink Toolkit database. When you click a generated search, your browser opens Google Search, which processes information under Google's own policies.
When you request an on-page audit, the URL you enter is sent to this site's Cloudflare Pages Function, which attempts to fetch the public HTML page to analyze it. The code does not intentionally store the URL or report in a database. Cloudflare may process technical request data under its own terms and policies.
When you use the Backlink Checker, the target domain is sent to ApiBacklinks' public overview API to retrieve estimated backlink metrics. The provider may process this request under its own terms and privacy policy. This endpoint does not require credentials from this site's owner. Metrics are based on a third-party web graph and may be incomplete or stale.
This code currently includes an advertising placeholder only; it does not load AdSense ads or analytics by itself. If Google AdSense, analytics, or other third-party scripts are enabled, those services may use cookies or similar technologies. Update this policy and implement required consent controls before enabling advertising, particularly for visitors in regions where consent is required.
This static site does not currently provide user accounts or save tool inputs in a site database. Hosting providers and external services may maintain logs according to their own policies. For questions, use the contact details on the Contact page.
